I joined way back when it was only college students on it. Now, everyone and their mother has a facebook profile. I prefer the way it used to be, where myspace was for everyone else. I liked being able to communicate with only school members… but then again, I still can, I just have to weed through all the other people.

I think facebook’s cool - i use their texas poker app like mad to play online for free without gambling my money away….

Thanks for posting your view to slap face with facebook. After being banned we were contacted off-site by a financial backer of The Internet based social media who was also banned!

MyBlogLog also banned our site, yet continues to spam us with automated replies from an administration that hasn’t learned to chill.

It’s just not you that concurs these sites are using people as well as people’s comments are just spam. Your inspiration was refreshing.

*Blushing* I’m guilty…I joined and for awhile there I was a total ‘FaceBook’ junky! Sad isn’t it at age fortymumble.

Not sure what the attraction is (was) but I still visit the site, I just do it on a weekly basis now not hourly.
