You can always try again. I’d reply and ask for a few ways on how you can improve your website. Then try again in a couple of months and they’ll probably let you in

I wound’t sweat the loss of income too much Eastwood. I’ve been running a few discreet AdSense boxes on my blog for two months now and have barely earned enough to buy a specialty drink at Starbucks. Given that Google doesn’t issue a payment until your accumulated earnings hit 100 USD, I estimate that I won’t see any money until sometime in early 2011!

have you tried to apply your blog at Payperpost?they might approve your blog,although they have the right to decline it,too..so they say.
