I don't think the point of the book was to eliminate hard work; I think the book meant to concentrate hard work to get the same amount of work done in a shorter period of time. At least, that's how I interpreted the book. However, I would like to note the relativity of "hard work". Hard work for one person is hardly working for another. How does one draw the line?
