So let’s help her and help each other out, shall we? Basically we link to all the Blog Squad bloggers, and as I result, we’ll all get links coming in from 20 different blogs. Long story short: Google likes it when links point to your blog.

Haha nice one Eastwood. Feel like providing the HTML code? The WP setup through UBC doesn’t allow javascript in the widgets because it’s a security issue (haha i already bugged Andre about it because I wanted to track referrals, but I got over it)

Yo Eastwood, sorry to say, but we only allow for JavaScript and PHP in very special circumstances (if there was a XSS attack on a course blog that would be very bad). As for the JavaScript thing… does Google actually take links in JavaScript into account (seeing as they are parsed by the browser.)
I’ve pasted the code below that should be put into a text widget in the “design” menu.
Hopefully this works… I have know idea how the WordPress comments is going to handle all the HTML:
