About Me

What goodies are in store?
Well, ladies and gentlemen, “Happenings in a Nutshell” is quite self-explanatory: I take happenings from my everyday life — my own commentary on things, what goes on in the world around me — add it together with subjects of interest — politics (go Ron Paul! Go China!), driving (I eco-drive!), business & entrepreneurship (oh, right, I am going to the Sauder School of Business @ UBC after all), arts & music (effortless mastery…) — and share my views with the world, freshly baked, straight outta the keyboard.
Who am I?
Who am I? Who are you?
I’m from Vancouver, Canada — one of the best places to live on earth. I’m a first year student @ the Sauder School of Business @ the University of British Columbia (UBC), doing a combined major in business and computer science.
Hmm… what else can I say about myself? I workout quite a few times a week (gotta stay in shape!) and play the saxophone almost on a daily basis — currently taking some amazing lessons with Stan Karp. I’m really into jazz (note the jazz quotes on top of every page) and enjoy listening to players like Cannonball Adderly, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Paul Desmond…the list just goes on.
What can you get outta this website?
Oh… I don’t know. The ability to stalk me
? Nah… what is this, Facebook?
I do get quite a bit of traffic from people using the BC Provincial Exams (about 10 Gb every month, as a matter of fact!)
Feel free to give me a shout by leaving some comments or through the “Contact” page.
